SHANI SHIGNAPUR

Shani Shignapur is loacted 75 Kms from Shirdi , which is famous for Lord Shaneshwar Temple .The temple is believed to be a "jagrut devasthan" ( "alive temple"), meaning that a deity still resides in the temple. The deity here is "Swayambhu" ( self-evolved deity) that is self emerged from earth in form of black, imposing stone. Though no one knows the exact period, it is believed that the Swayambhu Shanaishwara statue was found by shepherds of the then local hamlet.

TRIMBAKESHWAR JYOTIRLINGA

The temple is situated  in the town of Trimbak, of Nashik District is 130 Kms from Shirdi  is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas .The extraordinary feature of the Jyotirlinga located here is its three faces embodying Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. The origin of the sacred Godavari River is near Trimbak.

Kusavarta kunda (sacred pond) in the temple premises,  is the source of the Godavari River, the second longest river in India.

GRUSHNESHWAR JYOTIRLINGA & ELLORA CAVES

Grushneshwar Jyotirlinga is 120 Kms away from Shirdi . It is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga mandirs ,the mandir is a national protected site, one and a half kilometers away from the Ellora Caves .The Ellora Caves are a UNESCO World Heritage . It is one of the largest rock-cut Hindu temple cave complexes in the world, with artwork dating from the period 600–1000 AD, also including several Buddhist and Jain caves.Cave 16 features the largest single monolithic rock excavation in the world, the Kailash temple, a chariot-shaped monument dedicated to the god Shiva.

To visit and explore the above mentioned Devotional places , a min of 03 days is required when in Shirdi . Also there are places to visit in Shirdi within a radius of 05 Kms 

SHRI KHANDOBA MANDIR - 01 Km

This temple is more than 500 years old. The exact date of construction is not known. This small temple  is an incarnation of Shiva and is the presiding deity (Kul Devata) of Maharashtra. Mhalsapati was the priest of this temple and greeted Baba saying “Aao Sai”.Since then the villagers started calling him as “SAIBABA”.
